FA Guide to Managing in Grassroots Football

The Football Assocation have just published A Guide to Managing in Grassroots Football.  This contains some very helpful guidance for those new to managing in grassroots football and for those looking to develop as managers.  It contains some key principles, advice on tactics and formations, some match day scenarios (which can and do arise!).  It also contains general advice on training, player nutrition and how to get a point across to players.
